My more than four decades of experience in the field of complex safety and security solutions, especially in control room environments, make me feel like a fish in the water in that domain. In addition, I also have a great passion for service management and customer-oriented and corporate social responsibility and was, until recently, chairman of the Dutch Association for Service Management for almost 10 years. I have realised that with the combination of experience, knowledge, insight and intuition, I can help many people and organisations move forward and therefore started Empower4Imapct.
