They need schedules, accreditation, access to the right zones, equipment, meals and information. At most organisations that work is spread across spreadsheets, forms, inboxes, WhatsApp groups and a separate accreditation system.

Artist Advancing
All advancing with artists and their teams in one place: requests, riders, transport, hotels and hospitality. Whatever comes out of those exchanges sits in the same environment as the touring party's accreditation. No mail threads where nobody knows which version is the current one.

Planning
Volunteers and crew submit their availability before the event. You assign roles, teams and shifts, approve registrations and track hours worked during the event.

Accreditation and access
Separate registration flows per group: crew, artists, suppliers, press, guests and vehicles. You decide who gets into which zone. On site, check-in and check-out run on QR codes and wristbands, or through self check-in kiosks.

Stock and materials
Teams and suppliers request their equipment in advance: walkies, access cards, gators, machines. By the time you call your supplier, you already know what you actually need. Handout and return are tracked on site, with signatures for expensive equipment.

Communication
Email, SMS and direct messages to the right group, from the same place your planning and accreditation live. No exporting to another system.
