Freightways Supply Chain Solutions was originally a 3PL specializing in B2B. In recent years, this has evolved into a mix of B2B and B2C—the omnichannel solution. This transition came with challenges for Freightways but now provides significant benefits and convenience to its customers. One challenge was finding the right partner(s) for B2C shipping, including to non-EU destinations.
