Our Key Account Manager Specials works closely with the body builders to supply safe and reliable fire engines to the Safety Regions and Company Fire Departments. For the fire brigade segment, Daimler Truck Nederland B.V. offers a Mercedes-Benz Atego chassis, which has been specifically developed for conversion into a fire brigade vehicle, such as tankers, emergency vehicles and turntable ladders. In addition, the Mercedes-Benz Actros, Arocs and Econic chassis are used for fire brigade vehicles with higher loading requirements, such as hook-lift vehicles, foam fire-fighting vehicles and aerial work platforms. If the fire brigade vehicle needs to be deployed in difficult terrain, the Unimog provides a solution. This chassis is compact and has very good driving characteristics on difficult surfaces.
