Pyrofoor de Amsterdam is a company with a long history in Special Effects and Fireworks in live entertainment. Started in 1983 as De Vierde Dimensie VOF in a storage unit, it has since grown into the globally renowned company Pyrofoor de Amsterdam BV. From our first 'big' show, the musical Cyrano de Bergerac in 1992, we have focused on quality, reproducibility and creativity. For this, we use state-of-the-art technology and choose the best materials. During the Musical JOE, in 1997, we started using time codes and other electronic forms of show control. We have always preferred to deploy mostly own staff, combined with the best freelancers. Continuing education and development are a high priority for us. As a leading company, both on a national and international scale, and with projects such as Eurovision, Defqon 1, Tomorrowland and Mysteryland to our name, we are confident that we offer the best solution for SFX and PYRO for any show. Our approach is to work at the highest quality and safety levels and to deliver the best show possible.
