The University of International Business and Economics, founded in 1951, is a multi-disciplinary and national key university with economics, management, law, literature, and science and engineering as its core academic areas of expertise. It was the first institution of higher education dedicated to international trade in China. It is also a major national university directly under the supervision of the Ministry of Education of China and one of the first batch of universities of the "211 project" and "Double First-Class initiative." Since its establishment, UIBE has consistently adhered to its "erudite, honest, and pursuing excellence" motto through continuous efforts and innovation. It has cultivated numerous talents with an international vision to support China's national governance and high-level opening-up strategy. Since 2013, our university has carried out multiple undergraduate "2+2" programs (such as the NEOMA Business School, European School of Business (Reutlingen, Germany), and the Baikal State University), master's "1+1" dual degree joint training programs (Moscow State Institute of International Relations program), and "0.5+3.5" single degree joint training programs (the Malaysian Chinese Independent Middle School program, etc.) with high-quality foreign universities.
