HTMi - Hospitality and Tourism Management Institute

HTMi is a quality dedicated hospitality university located in the beautiful Swiss Alps. Every year we host around 500 students – for which we all provide housing, food and insurance – alll from 40-45 different countries. All undergraduate and postgraduate courses are therefore taught in English. The HTMi courses consist of a 5 months study period at our awarded campus and a period of paid internships worldwide. This diversity and professional training prepares our graduates for the dynamic world of hospitality and tourism management. Joining HTMi means studying hotel and tourism at its birthplace.

Kindly note that HTMi is only pvt. Hotel management institute of Switzerland which offers a BSc (Hons) Level Degree Certification in International Hotel & Tourism Management (awarded by University of Ulster UK) combined with a high quality specialization Swiss BA Degree in Hotel & Events Management (You may choose amongst a variety of other modules available and the title of the Swiss degree will be changed to reflect your choice).

The above mentioned Dual degree is a unique offering in Switzerland and will truly add a lot of value to your individual profile by gearing you up for job opportunities available worldwide.

Our Academic programmes are of the highest internationally recognized standards and combine 5 months of academic studies’ with 5-6 months of an internship in a hotel/ restaurant in Switzerland. Students also work full time in Switzerland and earn gross salaries of CHF 2180 – 2400 Swiss Francs per month. Students also save approx. CHF 1200 per month which allows you to recover back a part of the money that has been invested in the course fees.

All graduating students receive assistance through our Centre for Career Management which is connecting them with leading International Hotel Companies from UK/ USA/ Europe/ Middle East that visit our campus 2 times each year for recruitment. We also offer a select group of students with an International Career Trip once every intake to a leading destination for hospitality around the world.
